Privacy Policy

This policy describes how 4Nayla Ltd processes Google user data through the Justizze Google Ads MCP application.

Data accessed

After the user authorizes access with Google OAuth 2.0, the application may access Google Ads customer identifiers, account configuration, campaign and advertising performance data, keyword planning information, and basic Google account information needed to identify the authenticated user.

Purpose of processing

Google user data is used only to provide internal Google Ads reporting, keyword research, historical metrics and hypothetical forecasts for Justizze. The data is not used for unrelated purposes.

Storage and security

Application credentials and the Google Ads developer token are stored as protected service secrets. OAuth session information is processed only as needed to authenticate API requests. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to the service is limited to authorized internal users.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold, licensed, used for advertising profiles, or made available to the general public or clients. Data is processed by infrastructure and software providers only as required to operate the application, including Railway, Google and the authorized MCP client.

Retention and deletion

The application does not maintain a separate marketing-profile database. Operational authentication records are retained only for as long as needed to provide and secure the service. Access can be revoked from the user's Google Account security settings. Deletion or privacy requests may be sent to the contact address below.

User control

Users may revoke the application's Google access at any time. They may also request information, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting info@justizze.ch.

Limited use

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
